Bifurcator Fans | AXD, AXB,
Axcentrix Bifurcator fans are inline, mixed flow blowers designed specifically to move large volumes of air against high static pressures. Because of their bifurcator housings, they can exhaust hot air, corrosive gases or flammable fumes. The motor is isolated from destructive heat and fumes in a separate chamber, so it remains cool and clean even after extended operation. The only moving part exposed to heat and fumes is the specially designed fan wheel.
Bifurcator Fans | SSB, TSB
Bifurcator blowers are a quality product engineered and built to last. Standard construction offers minimum maintenance direct drive design with motor out of air stream. Bifurcator blowers are built of heavy gauge steel throughout, top name brand electric motors are used, continuous welding of seams and use of angle iron inlet and outlet flanges is standard. Special attention is given to the in-line air flow characteristics to provide minimum internal restriction. The results of these efforts are products which deliver superior performance, with minimum downtime for maintenance and exceptional full-life value.
Fume Exhaust | FH, FHL
The PennBarry FH fans are designed to meet the various requirements for fume exhaust systems. PennBarry’s exclusive discharge venturi design allows the selection of the discharge velocity to meet the code requirements for high velocity discharge to atmosphere. Discharge velocities from 1250 FPM to 4000 FPM can be obtained by fan selection as required for the particular application. To obtain the required discharge velocity it is necessary to accelerate the air flow from the fan outlet velocity up to the required discharge velocity. Some static pressure will be required to accelerate the air which will need to be added to the system pressure requirements in order to determine the fan performance requirements. The PennBarry FH Series fans accomplish the required acceleration with a minimum pressure loss.
